Very nice hotel. Just wish this hotel offered more transportation to Disney at different times. The hours that they offer transportation really don't coordinate with the events going on at the Disney parks. If we followed the scheduled rides that the hotel offered we would miss the parades, light shows, and fireworks. When you drive for over 18 hours to get to Florida just to enjoy the parks. That's the last thing you want to do is get in your car again and drive. Let alone pay for parking. When we've paid over $1000.00 for Disney tickets. I'm sorry to sound not satisfied. Because everything else at this hotel is over the top with service, cleanliness, but transportation to and from the park could be improved.
