Attended vampire diaries convention. Was impressed.

It was a good experience the only problem was the beds they weren't that comfy

There were things found under the beds. The wallpaper is peeling in some areas. Most of the equipment that I handled worked properly and the staff was very nice. Most areas were pretty clean but the staff actually threw away a friend of mines retainer as it was sitting in a glass while she was at the meeting. During showers the water temperature would violently swing. One minute being incredibly hot no matter what the placement of the handle the next very cold. I did note other guests where also using the showers as well during this time. In cases where the skirt of the bed was dirty it didn't seem to get changed with the other linens. Overall however, the entire experience was rather pleasant and made all the more so through friendly smiles and readiness of the staff.

I love how friendly the staff is specially house keeping etc,etc

The hotel was clean an the people were nice
