The Westin Dallas Park Central

I arranged for a room on the 15th floor away from the elevator prior to my arrival but when I checked in I was given a room on the 6th floor directly off the elevator. As a loyalty guest I have specific reasons for my requests but the front desk employee explained that this was for my convenience. So I have a 6 night stay of listening to everyone coming and going down the hall and constantly dealing with long elevator waits. I called service express several times during my stay for cleaning issues. I realize the hotel is going to be remodeled soon but am surprised at the quality.

Pretty god stay!!

I liked the staff and the lobby was real nice but the rooms were out dated and old. I love love love the gym it was so nice and renting new balance clothes it was my first time and it was so awesome! I did also see a cockroach crawling down the wall late one night on the 18th floor in the hall.

The Westin was very nice and mostly everything we were looking for. Great rooms, comfy beds, and a nice bar area. Pay for parking was the only drawback.

Convinent for my travel schedule. Flexible with a new room after my flight got cancelled the next day. Fresh food, very clean

Had issues with some of the staff, but others went above and beyond expectations

Nice place with decent pricing. Major construction nearby made it difficult to navigate to and from.
