Quick and easy

Staff handed me my rental agreement and the keys. After I walked out to my car I noticed it has dents and tape on it. I had to walk back in and explain that my car was not in good shape. They said well we can do a walk around. Doug a walk around should be standard for all rentals. This car has been abused and is a junk. I will think twice before renting from you all again.
