We arrived at our pick-up time and location and they were out of all cars. We went to another store for an errand and returned less than 30 min later. The cars had arrived but ours had an issue and had to be swapped for another car. The employee asked us if we would accept a slightly smaller vehicle and he would give us a discount. Since it ended up being a nicer car, and one I really wanted to drive, we were very happy with this compromise- even if we did end up with a smaller car and an hour delay. The guy was friendly and honest and that also helped.
