Went in for water, energy drink and scratchers. Cashier was pleasant

This was actually the third time I had to come here in three days; I purchased an item on Monday that I needed to return, so I came back later that day but was told to come back the next day because only managers can do returns. So I came back yesterday and once again was told the same thing. At this point I was getting pretty bothered. But I came back today, after calling ahead, and the manager was there (I believe her name is Vilas) and she was very nice and gave me my money back without a problem. I was happy to make another smaller purchase while I was there.
