I would appreciate eye contact and a thank you at the end of a transaction. Instead, the employee talked to his coworker during our entire transaction and said not one word to me, or even look up at me. I had change due- only one penny, but he decided I didn't need it. I didn't ask for it, because it's one cent, but I found it very rude of him to assume. These people have forgotten that customers are the reason for their pay checks. This is not the cheapest gas around, and I expect to be treated better.
