Glad I was able to get a vehicle fast, but the location I requested at said they didn't have the car type (economy) available - why would I be able to reserve if none available? They sent me to another location that also said they didn't have them available, but gave me an "upgrade" and "honored the original rate." However I don't see how a Chevy Sonic is an upgrade, and the rate I was charged was $3/day more than what I had done online. I did really appreciate the pickup/drop off service.
