What would've otherwise been a quick transaction took more time because of (a) a vendor who needed immediate assistance and (b) problems with a scanner reading the bar code from a Valero-issued coupon. Through it all, both the cashier and the store manager couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic. Although it was my first visit to this location, it will not be my last due to their friendliness and professionalism!!
