The Valero I went to is dirty inside & out. All the merchandise on the shelfs are dusty. Every one I know & myself is afraid to go there because every single time we visit there people are constantly begging for money.

Valero would be a fine gas station if numbs & money beggers weren't loitering the parking lot. It's like that everyday.
