First time getting gas there, as I was pumping the gas the hose split and gas was all over me. The owner of the store in east Syracuse would not at first let me use the restroom. Did not know how to turn off the pump. Would not refund my money since all the gas was going onto the ground. She said I had to wait for her husband. I ended up calling the police, husband never showed. They gave an argument even to the police. Plus they had such a language barrier. All the owner did was laugh thinking it was funny. If I ran out of gas and that station was the closest I would walk past that one and walk miles to get gas.
