Your new policy of requiring an ID check for anyone buying cigarettes regardless of their obvious age is extremely annoying and completely ridiculous. When a customer is obviously nowhere near 18 years old, and has to go get their ID to buy cigarettes, it simply makes the customer want to go get their cigarettes somewhere else
