Good hotel pillows were weird. The ac also wouldn't run

Fire alarm went off for no. Reason. It took 20 minutes to deactivate. No explanation why false alarm other than that it was good holiday. Fix the slow elevators

The a/c in the room wasn't working and the effort to repair it was below average. They stated the unit would be replaced but the conditions did not improve. The breakfast was thin and did not replenish all the food. When it ran out they didn't bring anything out even with 45minutes left for breakfast.
