The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful to me.

I booked econo lodge north because it was 2 miles from cedar point. When we checked in the lady behind the glass was less than friendly and seemed to be in some sort of pain. The rest of the staff however was delightful and very accommodating. The sheets on one of our beds had bugs and hair on them which was quickly fixed when I brought it to the attention of a housekeeping staff member. The room seemed pretty clean other than that. There's no way I would have paid as much as I did for a hotel unless it was so close to where I wanted to be. All of the hotels in the area looked very rough and they were all way over priced. I would have liked a coffee maker and a fridge in the room. The breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles.

There was no shower curtain and only enough towels for 1 person. The room was decently clean, but should be sprayed with an air freshener because it had a bad smell. I sprayed my body spray and turned the air conditioner on to get rid of the funk.

The hotel was pretty basic. However the sheets had some stains and so did the pillow cases. When asked to change the sheets, they didn't. There were gnats in the room and ants on the dresser. The staff was super friendly though and the location was awesome to cedar point. However this hotel needs to step up their cleanliness department!
