very happy with enterprise rental

People are great. Cars were limited. Their drive pick up/ drop off policy is suspect. I live in the next town over(5 miles) and they said they couldn't pick me up. They said I had to go to a town that was 12 miles away.. Makes no sense.. I ended up taking the bus.

Car was dirty and not cleaned prior to renting

The gentleman at the store were very friendly and helpful. The car was out-of-state, dirty & dinged up. It was okay after I cleaned the windshield on the inside and wiped down the interior. Thought I'm glad they gave me a Passat. Now I know I would never buy one.
