Needed a 15 passenger van for thanksgiving vacation & Enterprise was the only local rental company that had one available. I made the reservation online with the Yorkville branch, but when I called to confirm they told me they didn't have or rent out the vans. They transferred me to the Naperville branch. They did have one, but both branches weren't sure why the online system let me book it through the Yorkville branch.
