They have great attitudes and go out there way to help and rent a car

Customer service is lacking. Not being acknowledged while employees are chatting with each other is inexcusable.

When I arrived I was taken to another location to pick up the car. I had given them 7 hours advance notice so I feel like the car should have been waiting on me.
