Very friendly but recommended me getting 4 tires when I only need 2.

The time it took for 1 tire and oil change 2 hours ... It takes 10-15 min for oil change and new tire should have taken 10 min tops

I was a devoted Fire stone man until The lady(Kathy) gave me a hard time getting a oil change. I went in early sat morning to get a oil change special. I could have left my car there all day. She told me they only do that special on Tuesday. Which is not true, I used that corporate special every 3 months. Plus by the look of the parking lot and the mechanics standing around, they were clearly not busy. She then told me I would have to leave the car there til next day Sunday close. (36 hours later) So now this location gets my life time rotation work only. Screw them! I now use a local mechanic and Firestone in Joliet I really hope u share this with them. Firestone is mostly dead to me. Paying off My Firestone credit card and plan on not Spending any big money with them no more. They're dead to me except for my little cheap stuff and lifetime alignment service.
