Thorough check on tire balance issues & resolution carried out promptly & successfully. Could use better ladies' room facility (no soap, no paper towels, open top trash can full).

We were having a problem with our vehicle. We thought it was a problem with the transmission. When we called they led us to believe they could fix any problem with the transmission but after they looked at the vehicle they said they really didn't work on transmissions. So we had to pick up the vehicle and start the process over some place else.
