Fast service

I felt like they were more Focused on trying to get me to buy more services for my car than they were about actually getting me taken care of. But I have to say that they finished when they said they would even though I got a few extra things done to my car and there were very nice people working there.

I am not a fan of Firestone

While the people there were very nice, I had to take my car 5 times to get it fixed for the same issue. Originally they did not listen to me and did not take care of the entire issue so I had to go back to get the second part fixed on a day when the guy who could take care of my car would be working since he was off and apparently was the only one who could take care of the issue. My engine light came on 3 more times for the problem they did fix. They said I got a faulty part in my car. So on the fifth time of leaving my car with them it was fixed. I lost time that I didn't have, I was without my car and it was very frustrating. Customer service was great as far as the people went, they were as friendly as could be and very nice but as far as fixing my car goes I was not happy.
