I was upgraded by my insurance company to a larger car, I called and spoke to Amber to check availability. She stated two cars were available and I had my choice. I arrived shortly after spoke to Amber and she stated both cars are still Available. She couldn't find the keys to the car I selected even though the system said it was on the lot. She then told me to wait a minute while she find out what's going on. As I waited she took two or three more customers. She then told me that the car was gone but I can wait on the second car which would be there shortly. To make a long story short the car arrived I took one look at the disgusting shape the car was in. The seats were filthy Amber stated the car needed a detail but was okay to rent. I refused the car because of the condition and was not given any other choices but to pay for a premium upgrade or come back on Monday. Terrible service.
