I spoke to a manager (I think her name was Michelle) and she told me 1 price over the phone and the total was something different when we dropped the car off

Need more mid sized cars

I needed a car to get my deceased daughters things home. I went to rent the car, Labor day weekend. thwre were few cars to be found. i didn't have my husband with me. he has a membership nber which they wouldn't take. There were other things that I couldn't use because I was picking it up for him. it was a frustrating transaction.
