I went to pep boys but they were not able to help me with my head light. I went to Firestone and they were able to help me. the staff was very nice and helpful.

Not a good experience at all. Brought my truck in for tire rotation yesterday morning and was rudely told to make an appt. Returned today and it took 15min just to check in.
