This was one terrible experience!! I needed a low beam headlamp replaced on my auto and went to Firestone since it was convenient location. First when I walked in no one helped me for several minutes and then when I told associate what I needed he told me it would take an hour or more to do the work!! I told him that was ridiculous and I would go elsewhere. Then as I was leaving he followed me and said he could get it done right then since another associate was still on duty?! Then he tells me it would cost $50 labor to replace a $14 bulb?? I told him I could not believe that kind of charge and I left!! Bottom line Walmart Auto Center replaced my bulb for $7.50 labor!! I will never set foot in Firestone again!!
