took my son's car in for oil change. ended up needing struts, and had a nail in the tire. great professional service. friendly staff. I will take my car in within the next few days.

Everyone is GREAT at this location except when I called to make an appointment for a tire rotation and the lady that answered the phone was rude and very unpleasant. I've never interacted with her in person but her phone etiquette was horrible and she could've given a bad name for the whole staff there if I was a new customer. Luckily, my family and I are regulars and have been with this location for over 20 years so we know the rest of the staff is wonderful!!

We dropped of our car at 530am left keys in drop box and had appointment that day, but no one checked the drop box! They never touched the car! They lost out on our money and we will never go back. I will make sure I tell all my friends
