Comfort Inn & Suites

My husband, three of our children (twins, age 9, and daughter, age 14), and I stayed for one night. We used our AAA discount on the room. We were happy with the rate for the room we were getting. We called ahead the morning of our arrival to see if early check in was possible. We were told it was. We checked in probably around 1:30 instead of 3:00 which was very appreciated. We made use of the hotel pool twice. It was clean, the water temperature nice, there were plenty of towels provided, and the chlorine level seemed appropriate. We requested a rollaway which was delivered to our room shortly after check in. I did find a band aid (unopened when I opened the cot which did make me wonder about the cleanliness of the sheets and blanket), but it seemed fresh. We requested extra towels in the evening which were brought to our room. One of the towels had a hole in it, but they were clean. We appreciated the towels being brought to us. Everyone except for my husband went to breakfast. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was from 7-10. We arrived close to 9:30. There were a few items almost gone (3 mini-muffins left and I think there might have been rolls or something else, but I'm not sure). We enjoyed the waffles (plain and strawberry), and the choice of beverages/juices. One of my daughters had an apple and enjoyed it. Another daughter wanted a banana. They looked a bit overripe. When peeled, we found them too overripe to eat. She did, however, like the hard boiled eggs. The trash cans were full and did not get changed while we were there. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The girl at the desk when we arrived was extremely friendly. I did have an issue with the room charge, but as I was on top of my charges, they were able to resolve it. I had paid a combination of cash with my debit card and was initially charged too much, but this was worked out fine in the end. I'm sure we will be back.

Eh. Not bad

Clean, basic. Walls are thin. Overpriced. Didn't sleep well because of noise from halls and adjoining rooms. Elevators smelled funny. Would not choose to stay again, but was adequate for our purposes.
