Faster than usual

We went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 9:30 we didn't get our vehicle back until after 12:30! The employee stripped a bolt on our tire. We were told another half hour and it ended up being close to 2 hours! We were also informed that the power steering line they replaced a few months ago is leaking and that will take two hours! Employees were on a smoke break when they were supposed to be working on our car.
