I had an appointment on a busy Saturday and got 4 new tires and an alignment for a fair price and in less than 2 hours. Very nice. The computer "defaults" to adding a $90 warranty to my tires (according to the associate) and that is ridiculous and almost ruined the whole experience for me had the associate not backpedalled and saved the situation so quickly. However, when I go to a mechanic I expect to be taken advantage of so I was watching closely.

Staff was and is always very friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
