Days Inn Williamsburg

Manager on site was not friendly. Reserved this hotel specifically for location and because it had a pool. Was not told upon checking in that the heater in the pool was broke so my kids jumped in an ice cold pool. In the pool area there was a propane heater sitting out with a kerosene can next to it. The door to the pool pump and where the pool chemicals are kept was wide open. There was a restroom in the pool are but no working light in it. In our room the bathroom counter was broke and falling apart. There was mold/mildew around the tub where the chaulking needs removed, tub cleaned and chaulking replaced. Not a good visit and totally not worth my money! My husband and I are emailing corporate with photos.
