In the past I went to the Firestone in Lebanon and when they couldn't fix my car and charged me over 1200 in the process, offered me a coupon then never gave me the actual voucher so they never gave me my deserved discount. I still gave the one here another chance bc a colleague told me they would take care of me. And they did. Although Lebanon PA lost me as a client, I still like the Firestone here.
