went for a simple oil change, after renewing monthly rental at Enterprise car rental. Although this visit cost me nothing, it took 2 hours to get oil change on rental. Ive gone in the past for the same reason, and it only took a tenth of the wait time. i arrived at 7 am, on new years eve morning, and there was only ONE other customer there at that time!! Disappointing, to say the least.
