Love the car wash

This location was convenient however the layout of the facilities inside and outside was tight and not organized well.

I initially went to this location because it has a car wash. Unfortunately when I went to pay with $10 the machine did not give my $3 in change back. I went in the store after my car finished washing and the clerk told me she could not give me my change back until a guy reviews the cameras and then they can determine how much I lost. I left my contact info for this individual to call me back. This issue could have been prevented if there was a sign on the machine stating that it is not working properly. I am very disappointed in this because I've NEVER had this happen before.
