Rooms were supposed to be cleaned for school trip and were not. Staff was not available for assistance in rooms

Customer service was severely lacking. Bellman made us load and unload our own luggage cart and we had to push it to the car because he left. Called room service for stemware and flatware and was rude on phone and never brought items. Bar staff was friendly and good but very slow. Internet was unusable because it was so slow
