The sales assistant took time and listened to our individual needs. He was honest and gave us all the information we required to purchase a bed right for us. We didn't feel rushed and had plenty of opportunity to try beds and ask questions. We were offered refreshment several times during our visit. He was very attentive and made the experience very pleasurable.

We tried the sleep test to find out what mattress most suited to how we sleep, which I was impressed with and found a mattress that we felt when we laid on it was very comfortable, time will tell if we were right when it is delivered and we sleep on it. Ask again in a few weeks.
