I received excellent customer service throughout my time in the store from John (I have never been to a Dreams store before). I was offered a drink, given paper to lie on the Sleepmatch bed and generally given lots of help in my search for a mattress.

Sales man, John, was very helpful without being pushy. The H&S arrangements in the store were reassuring but did not compromise the service at all, which was friendly and professional. The Sleepmatch helped us to narrow down the type of mattress we needed. The whole experience was a lot more pleasant and straightforward than we expected in these challenging times.

John helped us out purchasing two mattresses and a bed frame. We had a bad experience at bensons for beds and it was so refreshing to have such a good visit to dreams. John was so helpful and we actually enjoyed our shopping experience!
