I purchased a Haze Sofa bed. Sales assistant was extreamly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the product without being pushy or giving me a hard sell for extra options. Very easy process to order the item in store with the sales assistant but disappointed that item will take so long to be delivered and no options for collection in store or stocked onsite for an item that comes flat packed/boxed. Overall very happy so far and looking forward to receiving our new sofa bed.
