Every care was taken with hygiene in the store

My business (and indeed my obsession) is in hospitality, and specifically how people serve people. It gives me enormous pleasure to be on the receiving end of 'good' service, and I'm only too happy to get online and provide feedback when it happens. My wife and I (and the kids) felt very comfortable with John, who was very approachable, listened well and knew his stuff. He wasn't afraid to provide his own opinion, which might be uncomfortable reading for the Dreams management, but rest assured was well received. Hand on heart, I had not intended to make a purchase today, but John made it very easy for us to do so. From a covid compliance perspective, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the discipline of John and his colleague (such as politely leading us around the beds on a detour in order to avoid another family). His colleague was seen to be spraying down pillows and the chairs used by the aforementioned family at the till. All in all, an excellent shopping experience, well done team. Very clean store, relatively easy to find most things, although some signage could be clearer. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. More intetested in my requirements that their commission
