Rachel at the Abingdon store was very friendly and helped us to find the right bed and mattress to suit us.

We were greeted appropriately on arrival in the store and the guidelines for social distancing was very clear and explained during the process. As we haven't purchased a new mattress and bed for 18 years the assistant John was very helpful with explaining the following: Sleep Match - What it was and the benefits. Showing around the appropriate mattresses and allowing them to be tried. Explaining the details of the make-up of different types of mattresses. Allowing us time to look at around too to try different mattresses too. Not trying to push a deal through, this is our pet hate with some retailers. We eventually decided to purchase with Dreams on our first visit due to the above as initially we were only looking and not intending to purchase on the day. We would recommend your company without hesitation to our friends and family as being respectful, courteous, and value for money. Thank you once again for your exceptional service.
