Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

I had a fantastic experience at the Dreams store in Cribbs Causeway. I was looked after by Gemma who was very friendly and accommodating. I found the perfect mattress at the correct price point for me. I wasn't rushed to make a decision and Gemma didn't interfere at all with my choosing but gave support and advice. I was given space and time to find the right mattress for me. I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely return.

Joe was a helpful assistant, explained the products well gave good advice and let us have time to try the products and discuss with no pressure. Experience was quick and easy.

Joseph spent time getting to know our needs and offering us products that were specifically directed to what we were looking for. We have got all the technical information we needed and we are very satisfied with the service he provided.

Karolynne (at the Cribbs Causeway store, Bristol) was perfect. We were in & out within half an hour. She was diplomatic, courteous, didn't make me feel bad I was on a very tight budget; professional, respectful, had the right knowledge, took us straight to our options etc. It would be nice to think this feedback could go directly to Karolynne please, if possible. I would definitely recommend Dreams, especially with the analysis bed you first lay on, as this demonstrated to my boyfriend that actually he did not need a soft matress, which he was previously convinced he did.

The customer service we received from Joseph in the Cribbs Causeway store was fantastic. He was very helpful without being pushy, he listened to what we needed and answered all questions with clear knowledge of the products.

The sales assistant was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would have preferred more choice for the product I wanted but unfortunately your store does not offer this.

On first visit to the shop salesman Joseph took us through the mattress analysis and then proceeded to explain and give us plenty of time to try out the results on the mattresses in store. on our second visit Joseph remembered us and the items we were looking at (1 and a half months later). We were offered bottled water each and taken through the item details. Unfortunately the bed we had chosen on the first visit wasn't available in the King size so Joseph suggested an alternative in that could be delivered in 3 weeks it was slightly different colour the mattress was a different name to the one on the first visit also Joseph was very knowledgeable about all of the products in store and was, very polite and courteous towards us
