We were very pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge of products from Gemma (cribbs causeway branch). Gemma helped us to choose a product that met our requirements on a previous visit, then once we had double checked the size we revisited the store in order to complete the purchase. Very pleased that we were assisted with the purchase by Gemma.

I came in to this store thinking I'm not going to buy a bed and mattress here as I'd already thought I'm going to buy at bensons as they had an ex display ready to go and it suited my requirements but the assistant I dealt with was more thorough than any of the other stores people in previous shops and even though the bed and mattress were more expensive, he was more than willing to let me know about medium range products that were brand new and even had delivery and construction for only £20 so he did a great job in swaying me to buy at dreams 😉

We were helped by a great guy called Joseph, he did a feta stick job and showed us all of the options available giving us time to decide what worked best for us whilst giving his expert advice.
