The assistant was ready to help as soon as we wanted help. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. There wasn't a lot of choice for what we wanted, but what you did have was exactly what we wanted.

The results of the mattress matching process got us to think outside the box and consider products we might have discounted, such as a medium firmness. I can say without doubt that the decision to place the order was driven by the fantastic experience I had with Gemma. From start to finish she was simply amazing! I was quite worried about the idea of buying a bed, didn’t have a clue on what to look at. She guided me and walked me through everything, she had knowledge and confidence about everything. She was professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable at all times :) She was there to answer my questions and at the same time she gave me the time to think about things and look around and try and try again the mattresses. She explained everything very clearly. I can honestly say that the first reason I decided to place the order was because of Gemma’s assistance. The vibe in the shop was very pleasant and all her colleagues seem to be very nice too and too get along.

I was greated straight away. I was in a knee brace and was immediately shown the lift. Taken to what I wanted. Obtained it straight away. Offered a drink, spoken to clearly. Ease of purchase. Friendly staff.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND AIRY, EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROMPT ASSISTANCE. THE HELP WAS PROFESSIONAL RATHER THAN "HARD SELL" WHICH I APPRECIATED. I WAS NOT EXPECTING INTEREST FREE CREDIT SO I WAS AMAZINGLY HAPPY WITH THAT SERVICE. NO LONG DELIVERY WAIT AND GREAT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR OLD MATTRESS REMOVED, THOUGH THERE WAS A COST FOR THIS, I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO PAY IT ESPECIALLY AS I FELT THAT THE OLD MATTRESS WOULD BE RECYCLED. ALL IN ALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. ONE TINY THING, IT IS A SHAME THAT THE VOICE FOR THE BED DIAGNOSTIC WAS SOOOOO LOUD IT MADE CONCENTRATING ON THE ASSISTANT HARDER THAN IT NEEDED TO BE.
