I wanted someone to take the time to talk me through mattress options and got exactly that. I never felt pressured to buy something, which personally I highly value

The store manger engaged with me initially to get an understanding of what I was looking for and provided helpful information. They left me to look at the frames and come back to them with any questions or if I had chosen one. I don’t like being “chased” around the store, and it make me feel more awkward about leaving if I didn’t find something I wanted to purchase. Once I had found 2 frames to consider, I spoke to the store manager again who showed me an alternative which was similar to my favourite choice, which offered me exactly what I wanted and in a more favourable colour. They then helped me pick a mattress, without pressuring me towards a specific one, and allowed me the opportunity to really make sure it was right for me. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed towards buying anything, only given the information to help me make a decision. They were really pleasant to engage with and I’m now looking forward to the day my bed arrives.

Gemma who looked after us during our visit was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We were purchasing a mattress and the sleep assessment was brilliant. If we had not done that we would have bought the wrong firmness mattress and were pleased with the results. Trying lots of mattress styles was really helpful too. A fantastic experience all round. Well done to everyone at the Cribbs store.

The Salesman was very professional and competent. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were put at ease. From then on he showed that he acting in our interest.

The customer assistant name Gareth at the cribbs causeway way branch was highly knowledgeable, Approachable and allowed us plenty of time to choose. After allowing me and my partner to use the Dreams Mattress machine he was then able to advise us which particular mattress would be best for us and which firmness was more desirable. We were both asked if we would like a water which I felt was a lovely touch and whisky he was the only person working we both felt like we had a personal shopping assistant. I’m not sure how he made us feel this way as he was dividing his time amongst all the customers in the store but managed it so well.

Fortunately the store was very quiet, we used the sleep machine and then were shown mattresses that would suit us, spent as long as we needed with no pressure buy, once we had made our minds up the the actual purchase went was smooth with no hold ups, the friendly staff made us welcome.

Friendly helpful staff, very knowledgeable of the products and didn’t feel pressured to make any choices.

The service was excellent and the quality of the bed are very good.

The sales assistant (Joseph) could not have been more helpful. Great service!
