We came in we’re greeted by a lovely lady called Karolynne at Bristol cribbe. We were offered water and a chance to try out as many beds and mattresses as we wanted. We are giving pillows aswell and used the machine to configure the best mattress for us.

On our visit we were promptly greeted by a sales advisor named Melanie in the cribbs causeway branch. She was very polite and informative. We tried out a few mattresses but our budget was strict. We were looking for a nice soft mattress with a medium firmness, Melanie was quick to show us a certain mattress that was in our budget and suited us just right. After that the whole process of purchasing was a breeze, very quick, but we were still made to feel like valued customers! Melanie even covered the cost of recycling our old mattress! Overall it was a great experience, made even better by the caring and friendly sales advisor who guided us along the way.

Melanie was very helpful and informative. She was really good with our twin daughters directing them to try some beds while we also tried some out. Main goal was to find bed for our kids but we were also looking at adult beds too.

I was assisted by Zinedane at Cribbs Causeway and he spent ages explaining the differences between all the mattresses in the store. His product knowledge was excellent and I came away very happy with my choice. Can’t rate him highly enough!

The sales advisor was so helpful from the minute we stepped through the door. She met all of our needs. Amazing customer service!!

We were offered a sleep match, greeted well, offered a drink, and allowed as much time as we needed to make an informed decision. We didn’t feel pressured in the slightest.
