From walking into showroom till we left. Buying a mattress was. Made an Experiance and the process was made interesting and very well explained to us by the salesman

Joseph was very helpful from the minute I walked into the store. He had a great understanding and guided me to what I was looking for. Joseph helped me on the ‘bed machine’ and from there took me to different mattresses which suited me, from which I bought one.

Gemma was very friendly, helpful and took time to find the perfect bed for my daughter who is 13. My daughter is excited at the prospect at having her first double bed. Dream’s has managed to arrange delivery on her birthday! Thank you

I want to mention Zinadine who helped us on our visit, allowed us time to browse, then made sure we were OK with everything, the right balance in my view. End result is we have a new bed and mattress which is a good sign of a succesful visit, and great service provided.
