Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

Very happy with the service and guidance when we entered the store. Gareth was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in his pitches with regards to beds/mattresses and sleep. Felt comfortable within his presence. We were greeted well, offered a drink, pillow to explore the bed with which he cleaned after each one we tested!! And we enjoyed the experience on the sleep match which overall gave us a good understanding of what bed or mattress we needed.

We were looking for a single mattress for a guest bedroom and were served by Joseph who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us make the decision based on the budget we had in mind. Very seamless process from selection through to order and he explained the benefits of adding the warranty on including the free mattress protector that came with it etc. Very happy overall and Joseph is a credit to the company.

I visited the store 3 times. Each time the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Listened to my particular needs. Joseph was lovely and very patient. Showed me a selection of beds to suit my needs with appropriate information. No push no rush...gave me time . I went away and returned a few days later when I knew he was working and made my decision. I'm now looking forward to delivery. I should add I did go to the Dreams in Filton and received the same treatment. Excellent staff. So thankyou

Gareth from the Cribbs store in Bristol was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and no pressure sale, took us through Sleepmatch and all the options that were suitable for us. He was in store on his own in the evening and it begun to get busy, but was able to look after everyone in the store perfectly.

Staff were friendly, helpfull and were not pushy, giveing me time to decide what i would like to do.

All together a very satisfactory experience and I came away happy with my purchase.
