Joseph was extremely helpful, and polite and understanding, explained everything clearly and was a great help

We went into the Cribbs Causeway store and were satisfied with the service from the minute we arrived. It was an experience the least to say using the Dreams bed tool, which assisted us in what type of mattress we would need - extremely impressed. We were served by a colleague called Joseph, his knowledge and friendly nature made the experience overall stress free and we came out of the store feeling safe from the current climate with covid, alongside absolutely certain we made the right purchase due to the knowledge Joseph supplied whilst reviewing different mattresses that would suit our needs. The finance option Dreams also supplies makes purchasing a mattress easier as they are a large financial commitment, but having the interest free option takes away additional stress.

I wasn't looking forward to choosing a new mattress but the assistants were extremely reassuring and helpful. They were friendly and made the whole experience pleasurable and easy. I will definitely recommend Dreams to anyone. A very clean and friendly store at Cribbs Causeway.

We were greeted straight away by a member of staff who was extremely friendly had an amazing product knowledge, the hygiene levels of the shop were really good. Overall we were treated amazingly.

From the time we entered the branch, we felt as if we had full attention and expertise was at hand. The use of good technology to guide us to trying the right kind of mattress meant we made good use of time and were able to make informed choice on the most important purchase in provision of rest time!

With sooo much choice nowadays Gareth, Joe and JT eliminated all the unnecessary stress with trying to find the best product for me and my partner.

Ashley was very helpful and we had plenty of time to test beds and choose one. He made very clear the path to choosing our bed despite us not being at all clear on entering the store!
