The person serving me was cheerful, courteous and helpful without being overpowering. She explained the products in the range I was looking for, made suggestions to look at other products and explained the difference between the options. Her knowledge of the products was good. The product I decided to purchase was a reasonable price which was pleasing. The same person remained with me to take the payment and arrange delivery and collection details. Her friendly attitude continued as I left the store leaving me with a very positive experience. Very satisfied. Thank you

The staff in the store at Cribbs Causeway Bristol were very helpful and friendly, they were very efficient in arranging delivery to different addresses on different days. They also offered good advise about selecting products. The delivery was very efficient, staff sent a text about delivery times and phoned on the day to confirm the time. The delivery was on time with friendly and helpful staff.

Jessica was very helpful despite my wife and I not able to initially decide on the bed we wanted However, with a lot of help and advice from Jessica we were able to make our choice and very happy with our purchase Jessica is an asset to your company and an example of great customer service

Dreams assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about products although we were unsure about what it was we were looking for. There was a wide range of beds, bases, headboard etc. It took us a long time to make a decision, the assistant was patient and offered advice when asked.
