Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

Having look at many bed shops before Dreams was our last shop to visit. By this time I was a little deflated as all the other stores we had been to were not helpful at all. We had already visited Dreams in Gloucester where we were very unhappy with the service and stores appearance. When we walked in to Dreams at Cribbs, Bristol we were greeted and advised of hand sanitizer, also someone would be with us to help if needed, the layout of the store. After having a look around we were approached by a member of staff who asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. Melanie asked if we would like to try the Mattress Finder which will help us pick the right type. After using this Melanie then explained the findings and the type of mattress that would best fit us. We were given paper towel and asked to keep this with us whilst trying beds. After showing us a few bed we were then left to try them out. Melanie soon appeared back to see how were getting on. Once he had picked the bed & mattress. We were then shown the different combination that the bed came in. We were the shown over to the till, offered a drink and Melanie went through the purchase stage

Very quick and easy, he didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t want, everything was adjusted to our needs, we came away with exactly what we wanted and pleased with our purchase.
