Friendly staff and a great selection of items plus I liked the tester bed that tells you what is best for you.

Gemma was very helpful but also not over bearing, she seemed to know the products well and seemed well informed.

We were served by Gemma at the Cribbs Causeway. Gemma was extremely helpful, spending time with us to talk through the best bed (mattress & fram) options to ensure an easy delivery.

Karolynn was fantastic, really helpful provided water, completed the dream test etc... she made the whole experience enjoyable

We visited two different stores in Bristol and the shop assistants Dan (Brislington) and Joseph (Cribbs Causeway) were really good and spend a lot of time with us to explain everything and to meet all of our recruitment.

Greeted by Joseph upon entry, who used your 'sleep master' tool to create a profile of mattress options. Joseph then took us through and we tested all mattress. At no time did we feel pressured to buy any type or any mattress. Joseph gave sound advice and options for us to decide.
