The sales assistant - David - was excellent at helping my elderly mother select a mattress and base. He communicated well with her and gave good advice, treating her with respect and giving us time. He listened carefully and and guided us well enabling my mother to come to an informed decision. He was very patient and at no time did we feel the wheelchair and extremely slow testing of various mattresses and bed heights for my disabled mother was a problem. We cannot commend David highly enough.

On walking into the store i was met by a salesperson (Lisa) who asked if i needed assistance i said we were looking for a mattress she then asked if i would like to go on the sleepmatch machine after this she took me round the store & helped pick a mattress i was not hurried & felt at ease. spray was used on the beds which in view of covid was very reassuring we were given a bottle of water & the details of the delivery was very well explained, I came away from the shop very satisfied with the whole process.

Our experience of Dreams, Salisbury was excellent. The young lady who served us gave us excellent service, she was knowledgeable and very helpful and we were able to order exactly the quality and style of products we wanted through her expertise and polite attention. We were impressed with the range of products and prices. We look forward to our order delivery and on going service as promised.

I was greeted straight away by a friendly and helpful lady. She explained about the different mattresses available and why they might suit me and helped me to make a choice. The ordering service was very straightforward and I was even made a cup of tea!

I was dealt with by the Salisbury store manager who was very attentive and very knowledgeable, I was made to feel very important as a customer and cannot recommend this store or the manager highly enough
